Operational Task Scoring Sheet
Score each task from 1-5 on four criteria. Higher total = better automation candidate.
Scoring Guide:
- Frequency: 1=monthly or less, 2=weekly, 3=2-3x/week, 4=daily, 5=multiple/day
- Time: 1=under 5min, 2=5-15min, 3=15-30min, 4=30-60min, 5=over 60min
- Error Risk: 1=almost never, 2=rare, 3=occasional, 4=frequent, 5=every time under pressure
- Tool Count: 1=one tool, 2=two, 3=three, 4=four, 5=five+
